Astrology Consultations & Services
All astrology-based services including horoscope analysis, personalized predictions, kundli readings, spiritual remedies, and consultation sessions are highly customized in nature. Once a consultation is initiated, prepared, or delivered, it is considered fully completed and therefore non-refundable.
However, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided that no consultation work has started or any report preparation has begun.
Gemstones & Rudraksha Return Policy
We understand that physical spiritual products may require evaluation after delivery. Therefore, gemstones and Rudraksha items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Any sign of damage, wear, or tampering will void eligibility
After successful inspection, approved returns will be processed for refund as per our refund timeline.
